The Home Builders' Association of Central Michigan was chartered in 1966 and is affiliated with both the Michigan and the National Association of Home Builders. The HBA represents and addresses the concerns of the building industry. We are committed to serving our members and the community through education, political advocacy and community development. This Association promotes ethical practices among its members and strives to provide safe and affordable housing for the communities it serves.

Monthly Dinner Meetings			(Sept.-May, on the 3rd Tuesday of the month) with networking opportunity prior to each meeting

Annual Golf Outing			A day of fun allowing members and their guests to take a break from the busy summer construction schedule.

Women's Council			Membership in our professional women's forum is available to female members.
Monthly Newsletter			An informative monthly mailing is sent to each member highlighting upcoming events and allowing advertising opportunities for members.
Listing on our Web Site			Membership data is listed on this web site and all members are provided the opportunity to have a link to their company's web site as a feature of membership.
Legislative Representation and chance for involvement			We have developed excellent relationships with our legislators and provide opportunities and encouragement for members to become involved politically.
Special Affinity Programs			Special discounts and insurance programs are available to members.

As an added feature, membership in the HBA of Central Michigan also includes membership in the Michigan Association of Home Builders and the National Association of Home Builders as well as all the benefits afforded by those two groups.�
